Bob R. reported all is going well. Holloween dance did well. New YearÕs Eve dance is on website. Voiced appreciation to Cleveland for information. Investigated question about 501C3 tax status (see new business)

1) Statement of Purpose to be: The Ohio Roundup is an annual conference held in August, catering to the recovering gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender community. Every year the Ohio Roundup moves to a selected city somewhere in Ohio.

3) Add amendment stating that 3 signatures will be needed for our account (Chair, Treas., and Co-Treas.) and 2 signatures (Treas., and Co-Treas.) names will be needed on checks. (Cleveland acknowledged this was how they handled their account). It was agreed that this needs immediate attention.
